Our Team

We came early to pet care - 2008 - and we’ve stayed for the long haul. We’ve done that by focusing on what matters most—you and your pet! And we will be around for a long time, so you can count on us to be here when you need us!

The Aarf Team is a very diverse group of wonderful people with one common trait – we are all animal lovers! When we aren’t taking care of your animal family members, we also play music, garden, create art, take vacations, make jewelry, raise beautiful children, and on and on. We’ve built our excellent reputation by having an incredible dedication to the happiness, safety, well-being, and pure joy of Aarf’s pets and clients.

All team members undergo an extensive application process, do training with Suzie and the other team members, and attend regular staff meetings and trainings. Suzie periodically joins team members on their outings throughout their tenure and constantly oversees all aspects of their work, ensuring the team is working on the same page together.

All our team members take educational courses on animal behavior, pet care, and other relevant topics through IBPSA, the International Boarding & Pet Services Association.
